A Dental Clinic Gets a Sparkling Clean Brand

Waukesha County Community Dental Clinic, a nonprofit organization providing heavily discounted dental services to at-risk populations, needed to reinvent itself. Their team wanted a new name and brand that was in sync with their robust service area, which had grown far beyond the county borders, and their friendly, approachable culture. We helped the clinic, now called Community Smiles Dental, transform its brand identity to evoke the most important part of the organization’s mission: creating lots of healthy smiles.

A Bold New Look

To go with the new organization name, Community Smiles Dental needed a new identity that would pull together their community focus and their clinical excellence. Their new and improved logo suite speaks to their mission and stands out from other logos in the dental services market. Colors and font styles are bold, colorful, and whimsical without looking childish. The new look seeks to be inviting to dental patients of all ages and backgrounds.

The Website Gets a Checkup

The Community Smiles Dental Website is full of vital information for patients, donors, and community partners. We gave it a clean look to match the organization’s new branding. Stock images were carefully chosen to represent the various types of patients that the clinic serves.

Print Pieces For Every Audience

We revitalized the organization’s print marketing materials, too. Messaging was crafted with broad audiences in mind–everyone from trained medical professionals to low-income families with limited English. Large color blocks reinforced the bold yet calming feel of the new brand. Elements like the smiling community buildings are scattered throughout to bring the appropriate touch of whimsy.

An Eventful Event Logo …

The organization’s flagship fundraising event, Laugh For a Smile, needed a refresh to match the rest of the new brand. We created a coordinating event logo to complement the primary brand logo, with an extra dose of fun.

… & An Eventful Social Presence

To promote Laugh for a Smile, we created graphics for use on social media that incorporated the new event logo. These graphics tied in the main brand and photos representing the populations that are supported by the clinic’s services (and the donor’s attendance).
