When ownership changed hands at Water Doctors, a leading water treatment system provider for southeastern Wisconsin, new owners John and Amber Atlee enlisted Ampersand’s help. Our goal was to give Water Doctors’ marketing presence new life to match the new ownership. We coordinated our efforts over a wide breadth of service offerings to help Water Doctors reach customers with a unified, strategic approach. A New Look For a Time-Honored BRAND
The Water Doctors name and logo is well-known and well-loved in southeastern Wisconsin. Instead of inventing something from scratch, our work focused on building on the existing brand equity, standardizing use of their previous logo mark, and updating the colors, typography and graphics throughout. We set Water Doctors up with a fresh visual identity to match their brand’s personality. The new look is clean, strong, and composed yet effortlessly contemporary. It evokes the pure, healthy feeling of quality water.

A Website That Makes Waves
Water Doctors needed an updated website that could integrate with their appointment scheduling software and make important scientific details crystal clear to potential customers. We redesigned their website to coordinate with the new brand look and communicate information in a simple, understandable manner. Prominent CTAs (calls to action) to “schedule a free water test” compel visitors to become customers.

That's a (Vehicle) Wrap
We took the Water Doctors brand on the move! A custom, full-color vehicle wrap turns each Water Doctors service vehicle into a mobile advertisement for the company’s services.

Getting Social About Water Safety
Lots of people don’t know they need help from Water Doctors until something is wrong with their water supply. Knowing this, we coordinated a full-scale social media campaign across Facebook and Instagram to address common water concerns and how Water Doctors’ services could help.
